Why maintenance is its own service
Controls are not install-and-forget: they fill, wear, and fail, and a maintenance program is what keeps a site compliant between inspections. Under the Texas Construction General Permit (TXR150000), permittees must minimize, to the extent practicable, the off-site vehicle tracking of sediments and dust. Meeting obligations like that is ongoing work, not a one-time install — and it is what this division exists to do.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often do BMPs need maintenance?
As often as the site and the weather demand — a wet stretch of hauling can bury a stabilized exit in weeks, and a loaded silt fence stops filtering long before it looks full. The inspection cadence sets the floor; conditions set the real schedule.
Can maintenance be scheduled, or is it on-call?
Both. Recurring tasks like sweeping and mowing run on a schedule; repair and cleanup respond to what inspections and storms turn up. Most sites use a standing program for the routine work and a fast callout for the rest.
One contractor, the whole program
Site maintenance is one of Terradyne's service divisions, alongside Erosion Control Services for installing the controls and SWPPP services for the plan and the paperwork. The advantage of one contractor across all three is continuity: the crew maintaining a control knows how it was built and why it is there, so upkeep is a continuation of the install, not a handoff to strangers.
