What does Southlake require for SWPPP compliance?
The gate is plan acceptance. Upon review and approval of the SWPPP, the City of Southlake will provide a letter of acceptance via Energov Self Service for use in all permitting processes. That letter is the ticket the rest of the permitting rides on — book the review early and the calendar holds.

The city's steps sit on top of the state's, not in place of them. A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWP3) must be prepared and implemented before construction activities begin.
